You're a player from a good level between unclassified and 30? You try to improve your tennis but the books you read do you have not brought much improvement? The technical pages of magazines will give you only incomplete items that do not tell us whether a particular technique is good? You find that everything and its opposite is recommended without explanation convincing?

Stop looking, you're on the site that will explain everything. If I made this site is that I was like you, no truly effective help to improve my technique. So I searched all alone in trying to understand why every time I succeeded my shot or not, and is the result of this process that began over ten years I have to discover.
